Got another question...
Ok, realistic - but the talk I get that - what I'm asking is how reastic.
Does the brute only allow females in his pack, one mate to one male, etc. on a side note
how do we establish rank in our respective packs?

I know this one! You establish ranks by Alpha. The Alpha give the others their ranks and the Alphas get theirs by admin asking. Decide who should be alpha in your pack, ask them about it, and when you use the form enter their name as the alpha femme or brute. If I'm wrong I'll leave it to Maya to post.. ;D

Then there is the beta and sometimes the delta, then the elders, then the normal pack members and then the omega. They liked their greek letters when coming up with that system

Yep, that's right! You got it. So the Alphas tell the other members where they are.

I know the ranks, I was just wondering cause the way I've seen it done is the people who found it, either most active, or the first which ever applies gets alpha male and female - breeding isn't a must at first anyway. then basicly activity adn usefulness the alphas chose rank I think we should just go - ya know four characters alpha male alpha female, beta male female and so on and so forth ya know
for the record the ranks are:
alpha beta gamma delta sigma blah blah -lowest is omega

The thing with the lower positions is that they change soo much that I dont think it is worth recording who is what below delta and just refer to them as pack members. Just a suggestion.

Hey guys! So we all know what the positions are. Basically we lie with
Alpha Fae: Alpha Brute: (In whichever order)
Beta:
Omega:
The beta and omega can be groups, like there can be more then one of them, but only two Alphas. The beta is usually one and is like the deputy, takes over when the alpha's gone and such.
Right, whoever starts the pack gets to be Alpha. If it's two wolves, one fae and one brute, who start the pack well there you go they're the Alphas. If it's one wolf who decides to make a pack out of their select friends they choose who's alpha and ask them if they want to be. They say yes they're the Alphas. Get it?
Oh, and if it's three wolves, a brute and two faes, the Alpha Female would be the one who proposes the pack or who would make the best Alpha. The brute, of course, would be the Alpha Male.
The Alphas may then decide who will go where in their Pack and let them all know of their places.

Can I make a suggestion? Only one beta pair, otherwise that would elisit major confusion. Also that needs to be a major trust factor. Alpha must know the beta would defend his pack. So why not Alpha male female then beta male female
Just to keep from being confusioning cause with 2 of the same rank they'd be to busy fighting whos in charge to focus on the task at hand.

The beta are not a pair, really -- they don't mate unless the alpha allows them to. The alpha tells which beta will take over when they go.

In the end how many beta's there are depends on what the alpha wants.

Right, they don't have to be a pair -- they don't have to mate or anything. Plus if they want the Alphas can have their heirs and betas be separate. So yes, it all comes down to what the Alpha really wants in their Pack.
As for the earlier question, does a brute only allow faes:
The Alphas can accept whoever they want. If an Alpha male decides he wants all femmes to himself and has to Alpha Female, than let him. If he does have another Alpha they'd both have to agree. Again it all comes down.
