Ruhinda was never expecting any of this to occur. All he sight in this gloomy lands of death was a meal. Now, he realized he could be on the verge of something so much more. He had stumbled upon not one, but two wolves of kindly nature. The one who announce herself as Amora was a wanderer due to a tragic loss. The other, Keisha, he was less sure about although he felt clouds of sadness fall over her time and again, as if she had lost herself in days gone by.
Ruhinda was unsure what to make of all this. Was this some chance encounter; a pleasant meeting that would be forgotten in due time? Or is this the beginning of something more...?
"Do you have a pack...it's Ruhinda, right?"
Ruhinda leisurely turned his head to face the direction of Keisha's voice. He had found that ever since Amora, the now not so strange stranger whose eyes he felt earlier, had joined the party, he had removed himself from the conversation and now sat in a rather relaxed state. He find that it happens often. Ruhinda was always the one to listen and analyze a situation carefully rather than actively take part in it.
"A pack and a family I once had" the elder answered slowly, drawing back memories that he could never forget, "The territory we roamed across we called Winter Tundra, a precise if not too imaginative name. Despite my blindness, I became the beta patriarch due to the strong connection I be having with the Earth and her forces. However..."
Ruhinda pause for a moment. These memories were harsh on him still. He eventually regained the will to continue.
"However, gloom fell upon us all. Strange two-legged monsters came to our home. We have seen such things before. We called them Wasters because they took far more that what they could possibly eat for impractical purposes or simply for the sake joy. They took all our brutes, vixens, and pups. I be the only one left."
Having finished his tale, Ruhinda decided it was time to learn of Keisha.
"Now, please be telling us both of yourself, Keisha," the Arctic wolf said gingerly speaking on the behalf of both him and Amora, "Do you be having youself a pack, and what do you be knowing of Amora's mother? I hold no knowlege of any Red wolves. They be too far south from my own knid."
He turned his head to were he sensed Amora to be, and gave her an apologic look. We wished he could help ease her pain with knowledge of this Ly.

Amora sat there a little more eased than when she first came upon these two, they seem not to know a thing about on another, she thought to herself. Then the male who said his name was Quillmorr asked the other fae a question, it concerned her mother so she stood up, to she could listen more intensely.

"Well.." Keisha looked to the sky whilst figuring out where to begin. "I too was once a loner. My parents... I don't remember that much about them. I wandered off when I was young, I guess. And couldn't find my way back." She drew breath to speak again.
"I was then alone in my little world. I came far to arrive here. It was here that I met Maya and Romulas. They befriended me and we decided to start a pack of our own and to stay together as a family. There was also Mjolnir, the omega-wolf. We had just found our new territory, it seems, when I guess it began to fall apart... I'm not sure exactly how it happened, but our plans for our new life seemed to take on an evanesence. I don't know where any of them are now. The Garden Grove,"
She sighed,
"..was where we had planned to live." Now the she wolf's lip curled into a somewhat sarcastic kind of half-frown and her brow raised. "I guess it just wasn't meant to be," she said. But, now smiling, she added "But I can get along and I'm sure there are others who would love to join me! ..though it's taking a while.. If you would, Amora, where are you from..?"

Ruhinda was not surprised by Keisha's tale. It explained the moments of sorrow he felt in her earlier. The old brute then became highly intrigued by this Garden Grove, its former inhabitants, and its mysterious demise. Wolf territories and packs don't simply vanish into thin air. Could it be the Wasters? Ruhinda was not sure. He felt he'd have to wait to inquire upon these matters, however, for it was Amora's turn to speak.

Amora sat there kind of stunned that the time to speak had fallen onto her. "Well to begin" she stated trying to plan her words before they came out of he mouth. "I was born up north, next to a village where wolves were gretly respected and awed. My mother," she paused on that note, still not sure on how she should describe her mother "Ly had four pups, me and 3 brothers. I don't know what happened or why but all of my brothers died before their second moon cycle. My mother left, in the night, I was alone. She didn't come back, and since then I have traveled on my own finding little birds and rodents to eat. Trying to find a place to belong to.". she stopped short, then continued. Since that day, I've learned that life is for the strong who aren't worried about silly things. I've had to fight to survive, and I probably will continue to do so until I find a pack of some kind."

Through Ruhinda's face remained static like that of stone, his mind was buzzing with activity. He found Amora's story most curious, especially the bit about the Waster village honoring wolves. Ruhinda himself had never encountered a Waster of a benign nature, so he could not illustrate in his mind these bizarre two-legged creatures respect his kind in anyway.
"Your story, Amora" Ruhinda stated, "be so very different from Keisha's or mine. At the same time, however, we all be so very similar."
Ruhinda then rose from his seated position to stand before the two young vixens. With his rusty voice filled with nobility and his glazed eyes twinkling with wisdom, the elder spoke.
"We all be having hardships that weigh heavy upon our hearts. We all be lonely as we aimlessly tread upon endless terrain. But now, we all be together. This here meeting I sincerely believe be not some chance encounter, but be the beginning of something far more grand. I propose that we roam across these lands not as misbegotten rogues, but as unit of wolves woven together by fate."
Ruhinda let his mawl turn upward into a comforting smile that he felt had been forgotten for far to long.
"Put dark times behind us, and let our unified strength carry us to better days. Even when the light grows dim, and it seems that the sun will never rise again, we shall come out victorious in the end. Please, let our three minds be one, and our futures be intertwined."

Amora looked up at this and (in the most wolf-ish way possible) put a smile on her face. "I accept, with one question, you'll be alpha correct?"

Ruhinda turned his head in the direction of Amora's voice. With a humble tone he answered, "Only if you wish it be. I believe, however, that Keisha should be our leader. While you and I be immigrants to this foreign land, Keisha be a native."
Ruhinda then shifted to the other vixen and asked with a voice drench in respect, "Keisha of the Garden Grove, I humbly be asking of you to lead our troop."

A bit shocked Keisha's mind worked quickly as she thought it out. She hesitated only a moment. "I too accept," she said, her maw also curled upward. She felt that today might be the one where she found a pack that would stay with her. "Who should be beta?"
As soon as she'd spoken she came to yet another wall.. "And where should we go? You both have come from so far away -- and we cannot stay here unless you really want to.. I mean, it's all full of.." Her nose wrinkled slightly and pointed in the direction of the near bed clearing where the bodies of ancestors may have been rotting.
"The Garden Grove is only a few miles from here," she paused, "it's deserted, but it was beautiful while we were there. Still -- I don't know where the others have gone or why they left?" She waited to hear what the other two thought at the idea of going there. There were still other questions to be answered on her mind, but the cases could be closed once they decided where to move their potential new pack.

As you wish, I have no other place to go anyways, so your guess is as good as mine.. Amora said to her alpha wolf.

"Our rankings and motives shall fall into place in due time" Ruhinda smoothly cooed, "It be for protection and support that we unite for now. As be for our destination, your Garden Grove be perfect."
The ragged brute turned his face toward the sky to ponder as he spoke. He realized that the gentle snow flakes that had fluttered to the earth when he first came to the graveyard were no more.
"Spring be upon us" Ruhinda stated, "Our travels should be smooth, and your land should be bountiful."
Ruhinda once again lowered his head to face Keisha. The tranquil and musing face that had once held his features only moments ago now harbored sternness and concern.
"Your former territory, it be intriguing to me" the elder solemnly stated, "Wolves simply do not disappear. Something rather peculiar be at play here."

"This I understand. I don't know why they left... But the terrain was beautiful! When we were there there was nothing that would have sent us away. It seemed, as you say, perfect." The fae sniffed the air with her nose high. Her body raised to stand upon her velvet pillars.
"It is there, over the horizon. I'm sure of it. Shall we be off?" Keisha's mind played with the idea that they might find out what had caused the dissappearance of her pack when they arrived... hopefully it was nothing rash..
OOC: How should we go about this? I mean the travelling and all. Just move on over? 'cause hitting every board along the way is a bit of a crazy idea 0.0 Ideas?

(Up to you, I'm good for whatever, we could just keep it here, or move it, just tell me what your gonna do before you disappear on me LOL)
Amora kept up with her new pack as they rounded a hill. "Wow" she thought as they kept walking.
